    Well prepared staff for tourists, kind, bumpers. Quality hotel services and location in itself with a special arhitecture.

    Rooms are clean and comfy, the selection of food was good, even though the majority of it was the same, the meat selection was changing at evenings. Breakfast was good too. The sanck bar was always open with fruits and stuff available. The beach is very close and clean, the staff looked after it very well and they cleaned sunbeds from the sand quite frequently. The staff was friendly overall. The animation program was good, you won't get bored, anyways. Not to mention the hotel itself, it is gorgeous with all these statues and definetly get on a rooftop terrace to enjoy your dinner with the sunset Alanya view, or stay in the restaurant and enjoy live piano - the best part! The area around hotel is good as well, markets, bars, shisha places (try find "secred garden" cafe behind the hotel - it's soooo beautiful).

    Lovely hotel in a excellent location, had to wait more than 45 mins for the room to be prepared though but still had a good time here.

    The beach was right across the street, staff was very friendly and the 24-hour bar was great. Room was clean (though cleaning is random) and beds were comfortable. The a/c worked well, as long as the balcony door was closed in a very specific way. Breakfast is really great

    Clean room with nice bathroom and a fridge full of cold drinks (filled up tewice a week). Seaside is very close.

    I have to be honest place and service are excellent and we did enjoy out stay. Sand beach is clean, sea is clean, enough shopping possibilities around. About Hotel: Friendly staff. Hotel at self is clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Food was good. Ultra All Inclusive... Price fair. We brought with us only positive feelings back.
