    The friendly staffs especially at the restaurant: breakfast teams. Mbak Yati dan Bunga were so helpful when we need the yogurt that was not available in the hotel. In the next day (we stayed 2 days) they have prepared it for us. Top! And also thank you for the whole team that i couldn’t mention the name. The food was also nice and full variety to chose. The wifi worked well. The other staffs: receptionist, room service, housekeepingn were also helpful. Top teams! Basically, it was nice stay.

    The staff Sofian, FO Chika & Fesky so polite n friendly. Fast check in. The breakfast is nice, big room but what a pity they doesn't have a extra bed

    Kudos to the banquet restaurant team for their services. My girlfriend has food restrictions due to her health, she barely ate breakfast on 1st night. The restaurant team made an effort after she said she avoided eggs - they made small portion of fish fillet without eggs battered.

    I had an enjoyable experience staying at Aone Hotel, the hotel ambiance is beautiful and of course Instagram-able:). I've tried several hotels around Wahid Hasyim and never found such a excellent service like Aone Hotel. I would like to thank Especially to Miss Yati-FB Department who extend outstanding service during breakfast. She is very attentive and friendly, makes us felt home. To be honest, Its rarely to found such a service these days, so keep up a good work! I will surely comeback and recommend Aone to my family and friends!Thanks Aone!

    Strategic location, lots of food vendors when you walk out of the hotel, go to Sabang area in the evening. The room is very comfortable for me to stay, the staffs are very nice.
