    Me encantó la casa en sí. La ubicación de lo mejor,...junto al puerto, cerca de la plaza Garibaldi y del casco antiguo..... de la playa Coco beach...q son varias calitas.... Muy bien ubicada

    The room is located in a very nice area and we quicly could walk both to the city center and a nice small beach. The lady at the reception was really nice.

    Located away from the overcrowded and noisy Old City tourist area, but close to walk to. This gracious grand villa is beautifully appointed and decorated. Close by is the small beach adjacent to the famous Le Plongeours Restaurant, the picturesque Nice Docks, and local shopping facilities. The host/manager is charming and welcoming.

    Historical building, a lot of authenticity. Friendly staff, easy to communicate. Good location, old town, restaurants and plages ate just 500 meters away.

    We loved the garden of the property with the old fashioned car out front. It is close enough to the old town but easy to get to the port. Bus 100 is literally outside the property to get to Monaco and the bus and smaller train station is about a 20 minute walk from the property making it easy to get to places like Eze, Cannes etc.

    The staff and hosts are fabulous. Helping with any questions you have and arranged a taxi to the train station. The villa is beautiful when you approach it and it's in a gated community so felt very safe where we were. The location is ideal. 5 min walk downhill to the port with a further 10 min walk to the beach. Supermarket and laundry was located at the bottom of the hill too. I would return but would make sure I had one of the better rooms upstairs

    Very well located, clean, in a silent region, with elevator and close to supermarket, washing machine and NICE major attractions , so the cost/ benefit was ok.

    Elegance of the period residence, uncluttered simply furnished but very comfortable rooms, close to port of Nice, lovely neighbourhood.

    I particularly loved the style of the villa, it was exactly as I had hoped for. It was in a quiet part of Nice, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, great for a summer getaway. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver and the apartment was very spacious. It is close to some great pizza restaurants. There is a bus-stop at the doorstep of the property which services the 100 bus to Monaco/Menton.
