    Very friendly and helpful staff, guys on reception made all possible to make us feel comfortable even prepared room earlier and kept our bags as we arrived the way ahead of check in time. Rooms are very clean and freshly renovated, all necessary facilities are provided as per description and iron can be arranged upon request. Location is very central and metro is few minutes away, some bars and restaurants are in the side. Check out time is just as it should be - if you’re not traveling early you can have a proper sleep before leaving.

    Perfect location. Near the metro station and you can easily take the tunnels underneath the main roads to get to the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast is really nice and the whole building is pretty good renovated. Staff speaks really good English.

    Very close to metro station. There are restaurants around the hotel. rooms are clean and basic. but much like a hostel than a hotel.

    The hotel was a walking distance from the Red Square (30 min) and very close to metro. The supermarket was also very close.

    Kitchen for use (fridge, microwave) 2 metrostations and 2 supermarkets within 5 min walking distance. Friendly staff and owner, one of the staff members English is very fine! 24hrs reception. Spacious room.

    I stayed 3 nights in January with my boyfriend in a triple room (one double and one single bed) with private bathroom and view for the city. I was intentionally chosed this, because I don't like windowless rooms and it wasn't too much expensive than the double room, also it had more space. The room was 8800 rub for 3 nights for 2 person. The place was easy to find, we could pay by card and the receptionists are nice and speak English. The location is good (~5-7 mins to the metro and bus stop to the city), the kitchen is shared and I'd say well equiped. Heating was good (outside at night around -18C ) but it was still very comfortable temperature inside, the room was super clean (I think it was the cleanest I've ever stayed in), soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, lots of towels, bathrobe, slippers and two bottle of water was provided. The bed was super comfortable - for my surprise - and the quilt was thick and warm :) We had no trouble with the hot water.

    Ubicación perfecta: a menos de 10 minutos de 4 líneas de metro. El más cercano está a 3 minutos. Muchos restaurantes y cafés a varios minutos andando. Personal agradable y amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Es un hotel privado, creado con amor, con un concepto especial, que tiene su propio ambiente. No es la cadena hotelera: lo mismo en todas partes del mundo. ¡Es nuevo! ¡Tuve la oportunidad de ser el primer cliente! Y tenía un regalo especial para el primero!
