    Lovely rooms & great decor. Quiet. Friendly staff. Better than some of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay there again.

    Location is good as long as you understand the location and that is where you need to be. The pub downstairs is very popular at night time. Interesting crowd. My room was good with a view over the green. Rooms have been updated with taste. Good place to have a drink and lunch outside in the garden.

    we requested to be in a room near our daughter so the lovely manager instantly upgraded us to a beautiful room that was on the same floor. brilliant personal service. Being a historical building there were 4 flights of stairs, but the staff bought our bags up for us! The rooms were appointed in complete luxury, the bed was quite hard, yet still comfortable. Air conditioned rooms.Excellent location, walking distance to the train, a supermarket under a minutes walk. beautiful shops around the area. This hotel made our stay in London a memorable one. thank you.
