    Great location, modern, friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast. Lovely parking attendant. Nice views overlooking Kumamoto Castle. Very clean and great Kumamon bear props in lobby!!

    It is an above-average hotel with good value to money. It has a very good location, Firstly it is immediate next to the Garden / Hill of the Royal Castle. While secondly it is only a 10-minute's walk from the major shopping street. By the way, we come across a staff who came from my home town, so that we can communicate fluently.

    The staff is very friendly, as any other japanese in kumamoto. The localization is really good, in front of kumamoto castle, nearby airport limousine bua stop, tram stop, and shopping areas. I really reccommend as it is very cost effective overall.

    El hotel era fantástico. Fue sinceramente mejor de lo que esperábamos. Lo mejor es la ubicación. Está a sólo cinco minutos a pie de todo lo que quieras hacer.
