My 3rd time staying at this place. As usual, staff is warm and helpful. No frills and reasonably priced for a good location. Recommended

They are really helpfull and do their best to make your stay the best. Because we booked here for the second time they gave us a small present really sweet of them. You can do your laundry for free and they have a small kitchen that you can use to make breakfast. You can leave your luggage in the hotel if you like and you can use the bathroom to refresh yourself before your flight.

I have stayed here twice before and like the central location and the interior design. Very close to the best shopping area.

Room with garden view. The room has a really nice bed and bathroom. Good location close to the MRT and restaurants/shops around the corner. Also nice to have an espresso machine in the room. There is no early check in but there is a bathroom with shower that you can you use to refresh. And the check out is 12:00pm so that is very nice if you like a lazy morning :-)

We booked 3 rooms at it is very clean. I liked the fragrance/scent used around the hotel. The location is also perfect as it is very near to Ximen Station. It is located in the cinema areas in Ximending which is quite during the night.

The staffs were very good and understanding. They speak excellent English and super helpful. All of them keep smiling, so cute! The room has a spunkiness of style and I like the industrial design. The bed is good too!

Hotel is really nicely designed, and the staff were really friendly, always looking up and greeting you when you walked through the lobby. The room was a good size, and had everything we needed, apart from a mirror in the bedroom. The only mirror was in the bathroom and one in the bedroom as well would have been useful.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and spoke English. They booked a taxi to the airport for us and even came down and assured that we had the right driver and all the proper instructions. The beds are comfortable, shower was good and the views from the huge windows was great. Worth the extra for a view room. It was also very quiet for being on a main street in Ximen area. There is free laundry machines and umbrellas. No breakfast but a nespresso machine in the room. Located on 4th floor with key card entry and front desk staff, so very good security. 10 minute walk to mrt but seemed shorter since so much to see and easy for taxi. Our 4th hotel in Taipei and would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and organised washing, dry cleaning and an airport transfer service for me. The location was also very convenient and the room was tidy and had a nice bathroom and garden view.
