    Excelente ubicaciòn. Sobre la playa y con servicios en ella. Desayuno muy completo y personal solìcito para lo que se requiera. Area de piscina excelente que invita.

    El hotel es hermoso. Muy tranquilo, ideal si buscan relajarse. Desde la suit que seleccionamos se tenía la vista a toda la playa, lo cual es fantastico. Y los colectivos públicos pasaban muy cerca del hotel, por lo que moverse era muy sencillo.

    Most of the staff is quite friendly. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are enormous, like Appartements with little pantry kitchens, though it's not convenient to cook, because there's no cutlery or pans etc. Though there's a coffee machine in the room and free drinking water, which is a real benefit.

    It’s a very good hotel. Although the food is served as a buffet there was plenty of choice and it was well cooked. Our room was excellent and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool area was clean as well as all the public areas. Staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. It’s good if you just want to relax on the beach or by the pool but equally there are plenty of interesting places to visit nearby such as the German WW2 cemetery. The hotel is very well situated for getting around with the bus stop for Chania a 15-20 minute walk away. Malame with its restaurants and mini markets are about a 15 minute walk along a lighted walkway.

    The pool area is really nice. There was in the pool a safety glass (to separate kids area) that was broken and clearly in a dangerous status, I would recommend to change it asap.

    The hotel is great if you want a peacefull break. The staff were all lovely. Our room, the panoramic suite with its own pool met our requirements. The main pool was good too.

    Friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodation, free parking. Very good breakfast with plenty choices(think it was about 8 different types of breads, yogurt bar, fresh fruits, choices of meats, fried, boiled and scrambled eggs and also omelet, lots of preserves,choices for cheese and pastries). Location is a quiet area which was perfect for us, and about 15 - 20 min drive from busy area(Village) with plenty shops, restaurants etc. Also about 15 min walk by the beach front to another busy area with more options of bars and restaurants. Nice and clean swimming pool with good facilities and bar, the hotel provides you with pool towels. There are also sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach. We were given a free upgrade to the junior suite a very spacious and comfy room with nice side sea view, also nice sunrise view from the balcony. We liked so much that we extended our stay.

    The gym was nice, and the pool too. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful all the time.
