    Very accessible location, clean n comfortable bed and room. I will certainly book this hotel again when I am in Busan. Staff members are polite and helpful. I went before the check-in time and they kindly helped to keep our luggage to enable my family and I to proceed with our sightseeing. Thank you!

    We had a great stay - large, modern hotel was great facilities. Our room was large and the bed was SO comfortable. Bathroom is great with a walk in shower and separate sink. Bathrobes are provided and super soft towels. The hotel gym is great - one of the best I’ve used. There are lots of great places for food close by and the hotel is a perfect location to explore Busan - a few minutes walk from Busan main station and metro.

    Close to the train station and markets and shops English speaking staff at reception were professional, friendly and helpful The quiet bar on the 21st floor was great to wind down in after a day of touring

    The hotel is literally next door to Busan train station! Once you take exit 7 after getting off the train and exit the station, turn right and the hotel is right there! The staff were friendly and the hotel is safe with key-activated elevators! It’s so close to both the metro and train station that one can easily return for a quick rest/nap before continuing to explore. It was our 1st time stay there and it won’t be our last especially if we return to Busan! The location is just unbeatable and I cannot wait to return!
