    Very helpful personnel! I needed them for some services of printing and transport to another place, and very fast, without extra costs they offered these services! Nice rooms, good top floor restaurant (in and outside), great view. All clean.

    Love the view! I get to see Panderman hills and the surrounding area from 6th floor. Great location near Jatim Park and other entertainment spot.

    The room is very spacious and clean. Air condition and hot water working nicely. All the staff was very friendly and trying to help. The location of the hotel is near Museum Angkut and Jatim Park 2.

    The view from the balcony was amazing, especially in the morning. You can clearly see the mountain there :) The breakfast was nice, 3-star standard.

    Nice, clean & friendly hotel. High speed internet, delicious breakfast with good view from coffee house. Clean room and bathroom. Super friendly staff (credit to helpful bellboy, security & staff during check out, fast respond room service staff). Overall highly recommend hotel

    - Aston Inn Batu's location is very strategic, near the Museum Angkut & Jatim Park 1 - The taste of their food is very delicious, and every day their breakfast menu was not same (much variety). We know it because we stayed there for 5 nights and they made our breakfast time enjoyable and my children love it very much especially on the last day, They provided chocolate's fountain with fruits & Yuppy candy and every kids very happy with it. - All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and proactive, especially at the restaurant when we had a breakfast. They cleaned every tables after someone used it and took the dirty plates/glass right away after we finished our food.
