    Las instalaciones, limpieza, tamaño habitación. Todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable y el desayuno tenía infinitas variedades.

    Muy buena atención, David se ocupó todo el tiempo de que nuestra estancia fuera placentera. Desayuno completísimo, buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto y alejado del bullicio de Kuta. Todo impecable y de buen gusto. Incluye entrada a la piscina y tumbonas en la playa del Beach Club Joly, precioso.

    Free airport pickup - only a 6 minute drive to the hotel from the airport. The driver was waiting with a sign. Exceptionally clean, large rooms with great security and very friendly staff. Free welcome drink and free entry voucher to a nearby beach club so you can relax on the nearby beach during the day. Big pool but it closed early when I was there (6pm). Breakfast buffet was really good with a lot of variety. Location is fabulous with a beach 5 minute walk away and surrounded by shops, restaurants and massage/beauty places. Quiet and spacious room.

    The hotel was great, friendly staff even presenting me with a cake for breakfast on my birthday. It was clean and comfortable and I would stay again.

    The bathroom had a tub, a big plus (this was a suite). The shower maintained good water temperature and pressure, and there was an exhaust fan, all pluses. Pool long enough for actual swimming, pleasing room decor with seating for seven in the suite without using the bed. Five dozen TV channels, good-enough WiFi. Some good equipment in the gym. Short stroll to the beach. Two large malls and many restaurants in various price ranges nearby, as well as convenience stores. Large breakfast dining area, with a condign selection for the room rates (though no bacon--pressure from antiporcophagists?).

    I arrived late in the evening after a long haul flight . The staff were very welcoming and I felt very safe and relaxed there.

    So very impressed with this hotel, from the location to staff and facilities. Location is fantastic, close to the beach, shopping, massages and restaurants. The staff are so fantastic, polite, accommodating and always have a smile. The hotel itself is great too. From the amazing roof-top restaurant with awesome views to a decent size room with everything you will need. I will definitely be staying here again.

    - superior room was very large, beds super comfortable - breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Tried the dinner buffet too which was good - close to the airport, so good location for us for an overnight stay before flying back - pool is large, clean and few people used it when we were there
