    The hotel is very close to the center and room is so clean, comfortable and have a washing machine in the room. It's excellent. Specially the receptionist is so smiling and very communicative. We had a great time there.

    - clean and comfy - helpful staff - well furnished with kitchenette, washing machine, microwave, mini-fridge - 5 mins ride from pattaya main beach - walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants yet quiet and no noisy bars around that affect sleep quality

    I liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful Also the location although I often had to get a motorbike taxi as sometimes a little bit too far to walk It was very clean and if anything went wrong it was sorted immediately

    It was not value for money.one can get good hotels near to the beach at half the prices of this.. This is not walking distance from The pattaya beach... It's decently far from Walking street or pattaya beach..

    Loved the fact the hotel is clean, the rooms large, and it was far enough away from the noisy areas so it was quiet at night, yet close enough to get to all the fun parts by soi 6 and 7 and LK. Walking street requires a ride to get to and there is some construction going on next door

    Breakfast was abysmal they do not cater for westerners at all apart from eggs, cereal and toast & baked beans available for just 1 day, everything else was either not hot especially pre-fried eggs but you can order fresh.
