    Excellent breakfast, very lovely and large room for a reasonable price! Very convenient to Chiang Mai university and also to airport. Will surely stay again and strongly recommend. Noise of airplane leaving the airport is not a big problem.

    Great Breakfast and plenty of choices. Largest budget priced room I've ever stayed in. Location is a little back off street but would still highly recommend as staff very pleasant and helpful. Good stay, Thank You Geoffrey.

    In fact, I wanna say this place is the perfect place for stay. Everything there are super...and over my expectation. All staffs has extremely hospitality. The room is spacious (i got the grand deluxe) and the decoration entire the place is exotic (in the good way).

    The hotel is well decorated, room is big and comfortable. All the staffs are friendly. They provide the free bicycle for guests use. I also rent a motorcycle from the hotel.

    The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. They can speak mandarin as well as English. Nice place, nice room, nice bed. They serve traditional northern=style thai food for breakfast. Nice.

    I really like the breakfast and their customer service! I arrived early around 8 in the morning, and they helped me to store my luggage. The decoration of the hotel is quite unique, and I love it!
