    La localización al Hermitage Forest y el río. Al lado hay un supermercado para comprar comida y poder ahorrar un poco.

    We paid extra to book room 8 with a river view. The room was cold and the heater could not be adjusted. The floor slopes an inch per foot of the room so the bathroom door cannot close and frankly we spent the night under the covers just to stay warm !! The master bedroom and possibly other rooms which we did not see may be different

    Lovely location on the banks of the river Tay. Tasteful decor in a building full of character and charm. Very warm and friendly staff.

    The location of the property was ideal. However the reason I did not give it a higher rating is my colleague works for Pharma and had travelled from Switzerland to attend a meeting with me. She purchased a coffee while walking back to the hotel where she pulled out her lap top and proceeded to work in the lounge area near reception. A male member of staff approached her , stood over her and confronted her around her coffee. The rules are the only coffee you can drink is the coffee supplied by the hotel. She then had to stand outside the hotel in the cold and rain to drink her coffee. No signs anywhere to advise clients of this ridiculous rule . So for the cost of a cup of coffee the hotel has lost bookings for the next six months as we have scheduled monthly workshops in the area.

    View from window was lovely. Refurbished lounge and entrance looked lovely on first view but were cheap on a closer look
