Lindo el hotel, la habitacion espectacular, comoda limpia y bien decorada. El desayuno bufet estuvo muy bien ya que habia mucha variedad.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Both Yanis and Eleini was lovely. Also the hotel has their own company to book excursions if you wish to do any. Me and my friend really enjoyed the Souda Cruise and the Samarian Gorge although it was challenging but worth visiting if your a sucker for views. This hotel is a perfect location, with a variety of restaurants and shops to chose from. Also worth visiting Marinas Spa Salon, ask for Victoria who is the owner of the store. They do excellent massages, pedicures and manicure.

Room was spacious, we have found everything we needed for one week stay. Cleaner did good job every day. Shower was very good, any time ant temperature. View from lovely balcony was to garden, also we could see the see and swimming pool. Reception and bar staff was very friendly, helped us with everything we needed. Air conditioner worked properly. Hotel was very close to the beach (2-3 minutes walk). Lots of shops and restaurants near by to any taste

Everything! Excellent location (3 min walk to the sand beach, 2-5 min walk to the best tavernas in Agia Marina, 1 min walk to the bus station), very friendly and attentive staff (Elena and her team do a great job!), good breakfast, clean territory, comfortable room. We had a very warm welcome upon our arrival and received a good-bye gift upon check out; our room was upgraded from superior with a city view to the one with the sea view. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was delicious, so much choice, could not fault it. Anna at breakfast is the best asset to this Hotel. She made our stay so enjoyable, we will always remember her kindness. In fact all the staff were very friendly

Breakfasts and dinners were superb. There was a whole lot of food options and everything was delicious. Hotel grounds are gorgeous. It has a large pool with a lounge area. We also had a huge terrace in our room. The hotel is very close to the beach. Soft sand and no stones on the beach. Upon arrival, they complimented us with a free “mini massage”.

Perfect location for families or friends travelling. There is a play area for kids close to he restaurant for the little ones. Near a variety of restaurants close overlooking the beach which was 5 minutes walk from hotel. Close public transport buses that go to chania town and for arranged tours. The staff members super helpful and can direct you to bus stops . There was good selection for breakfast and plenty of space. Pool was clean and maintained with perfect bar onsight, it wasn't overcrowded despite peak season. We got free complementary mini message voucher to use. Friendly environment with approachable and helpful staff.
