    Big car park, no real check in but shown to our room, large en-suite with powerful shower. Evening meal was very good - opted for 5 course taster menu and very pleased. Melting centre chocolate dessert to die for! Breakfast was excellent - including beautifully cooked tasty sausages and sunny side up eggs - all fresh and hot toast. Very good indeed.

    We stayed in the suite and it was nicely laid out. It was on the ground floor so easy access to the outside, bar and restaurant. Would be great on a cold night with the fire burning. The owner and host Rab was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He knows the hospitality business well and is himself a chef who watches over the open faced kitchen. The steaks are excellent. I also wish we had been able to stay longer as the duck looked excellent. First class wine selection. An enjoyable last night as we were en-route to home and this was our last night in Scotland.

    What a fantastic find this Inn is! Having stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels this one stands out for the rooms, food and staff. They serve fine fresh local ingredients cooked to perfection in a beautiful restaurant within a superb hotel. Room was amazing. It was exceptionally comfortable, clean, stylish and included everything you would expect from a much more expensive hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. We have already planned a return visit as we enjoyed our three days in room 2 so much.
