    Location superb. Nicely situated and only 5 minutes to stroll to main Broadbeach restaurants, beach and Pacific Fair shopping centre. Upon arrival we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment and with a 6y/o child we appreciated the extra space.

    Views of ocean and hinterland. Pool heated to 27 degrees. Short walk to beach. Excellent bar downstairs.

    Great location. Easy walk to Star Casino and Pacific Fair. Restaurants next door and many more not far away. Easy walk to beach. Room was excellent and quiet. Reception Staff very helpful. Hannah was a stand out. The Avani is new so everything is In very good condition.

    Just those little things like gourmet biscuits, water, pod coffee and the great smell through the air vents in common areas - unique that last one

    I liked everything about the apartment it was very cosy and I loved the kitchen, living area, bathroom, bedroom, pool and especially the view it suited me and my partner very well. It was nice and close to the shops and the distance from the beach was also ideal.
