    The pool was quiet throughout the day with enough space, without bumping into people, which felt like luxury. The room was very clean and spacious, which came with a balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast came with lots of range, would’ve paid more for a place like this

    Room, pool facilities etc were lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and always available if needed. Was a bit sceptical initially as it was my first visit to Phuket but was pleasantly surprised. Car parking was free which was very useful as we hired a car. Altogether, a lovely experience overall - would highly recommend it.

    1. Service quality was excellent all the way; from check-in to housekeeping to meal services to checkout! This is the reason why we would highly recommend this hotel! 2. Facilities were in good working order & the rooms were extremely comfortable with a nice tub in the bathroom. 3. The croissants at the breakfast buffet were to die for!

    We liked the attentive staff, clean rooms, all gadgets to charge electronics, wide array of breakfast, rooftop bar, swim up bar, blackout curtains, and quiet, relaxing ambiance. The hotel was stunning and close to everything. Perfect location and away from the hustle and bustle. Great seaside restaurants nearby. 6 nights wasn’t enough!

    Despite the smell, we really liked our room. It was comfortable and the pool access was well worth the investment; we had a ball popping into the pool from our room. If you're undecided, splurge on the pool room. We also loved the pool bar and lounging about by the water. It was perfect for chilling and the bar staff were really sweet and cheerful and would happily communicate with us as much as they could. Breakfast was great for "normal" people and it was goof for myself (a Coeliac who requires gluten free food). They have gluten free bread, some muffins and the chef's can cook something special for you with enough notice.
