    Hotel looks and feels exactly as the images in the website. Price wasn't low, but the facilities, people and service are worth it. Definitely a place to go to in my next stay.

    The hotel is very good. Breakfast was exellent. I had also wonderful and profesional masage in SPA. Therapist name was Yvette or similar. The swimming pool is also very nice. It is realy worth to recommend this hotel.

    the hotel was very grand, many photo shot locations at the lobby, the staff very very friendly, i can get early check in also. the breakfast delicious, i think at rasa restaurant need coffee machine so you can make your own latte, cappucino instead black coffee only. swimming pool oke, kids entertainment room oke, i think the room need to clean and tidy up after used, maybe consider to put slider over there. easy check out.

    They have a super nice Kimono! :D Bathroom was nice with bath tub. Jacuzi with hot water. Playground for kids. Many day beds on pool area. A very nice place for family escape.

    Most friendly stuff i ever experienced. (Their Mindset: I am here, that You feel good) Got an free upgrade. Supernice rooms, gym, the breakfast and dinner buffet are more than excellent. Amazing Bar, not too crowded. Everything looks and feels extraordinary. I definitely come back.
