The views out of the hotel over the perfume river were absolutely stunning!!! The breakfast was plentiful and catered to all dietary requirements fantastically. I particularly enjoyed the cooked to order crepes, a real highlight. The pool was large and clean and shared the same amazing views of the river. It was also beautifully heated so you never had that slightly chilly moment as you jumped in. Our room contained everything you could ever want and really demonstrated the luxury standard this hotel holds itself to. The bed was so comfortable that it was a challenge to get up in a morning. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel car waited over three hours to pick us up after a flight delay. The reception staff organised a fantastic driver to take us to on a tour of the tombs and the housekeeping service tidied our room a number of times throughout without intruding at all. Absolutely five star!!! Would stay at this hotel every day if I could.

All of the staff are very friendly and have "Customer First" mind. We have chartered hotel car twice during our stay for sightseeing and transfer to Da Nang. The driver Mr. Nguyen (Winn-san) was very friendly and listened to our requests very kindly. We had wonderful and memorable experiences in Vietnam.

A beautiful hotel with the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. They were attentive and thoughtful - volunteering wonderful ginger and lemongrass tea to boost my health. And suggested a great trip to the pagoda and royal tombs

Our stay at L Residence was fabulous. The staff especially Mo were outstanding. The pool, Spa and gym were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay.
