Fantastic property in a central location.We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Superb breakfast provided including fresh local bread and home made preserves.

The building is a beautifully restored 18th century house retaining many original features. Our bedroom was spacious and airy with high ceilings and a wonderful, modern en suite bathroom. The bedroom had a coffee maker and chocolates. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to go through the city map to show us the places to see and good bars and restaurants. The breakfast was great with endless coffee (if needed!) and home made jam and other fruit preserves.

Nele & Koen are very friendly, provided us maps, recommendations on our arrival, we enjoyed the breakfast very much, so many tasty home-made jams. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Koen & Nele are great hosts! They were both really helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do - places to explore, what to avoid and would even make dinner reservations for you at restaurants they loved so you knew they would be good. Breakfast was great! The hosts were happy to make breakfast for at a time that suited you and there was a lovely selection to choose from. Lots of bread with homemade spreads which were delicious as well as croissants, yogurt, fruit, cheese & meat and Koen will even make eggs for you if you want. His scrambled eggs are excellent! Both rooms available are really spacious with really comfy beds and great showers. The location of the B&B is also great - only 5 minutes from the main market square and everything else you'd want to visit is literally a stones throw away. We would highly recommend staying at Alice&Anais. Maddy & Andy

Superb place, we really enjoyed our visit. Nele & Koen look after you so well, with a quick chat on arrival where we were given a map of the town with all their favourite restaurant and bar recommendations marked on (we didn't make it to all of them, but the ones we did we excellent.) They also sat with us for breakfast each day, in our case kindly doing two lots of conversations with ourselves (in English) and then the other guests (in Dutch). Breakfast was spot on too, all home made preserves and a chocolate spread to die for. You'll never go back to Nutella! They were accommodating about us leaving our bags with them on the final day for our late afternoon train back to London too, which was helpful.

Our hosts were excellent, they made us feel very welcome and gave us some great advice to make our stay in Bruges as enjoyable as possible. The room and facilities were lovely. Would highly recommend a stay at Alice & Anais!
