The room was neat, clean, modern. The breakfast was spectacular...better than many of the very expensive places we stayed. Lara was delightful and the perfect host. She carefully took to the time explain the many places to go and how to get there, including a great map. She didn't intrude but was always available. She had everything marked with directions in the room and when she found out my wife (an Army brat) perfectly made up our bed, she left a note with a meaningful quote from a Navy Admiral's address at an Annapolis graduation about starting the day by making your bed if one wants to do things right. And finally, with many churches around, the bells were great.

Wonderful stay, close to everything, beautifully clean and full of all the amenities you would need to make your stay comfortable. A perfect mix of modern facilities set inside a beautiful old style building, so close to the waterbus stop and easy access even when coming home late. Lara gives a wonderfully warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout the trip, giving us maps, useful information and advice. Breakfast has a fabulous selection, all served in a relaxed and welcoming breakfast area and the outside terrace was an added little extra which is perfect for a late night coffee.

It’s located in a small alley next to a square. So it’s very convenient to find restaurants and yet very quiet at night. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is served on a small but beautiful terrace. All in all, we like the place.

Everything was perfect ! Lara on reception is "wellbeing manager"! She helped us few days before our arrival with reservation in restaurant, waited for us during our later check-in, asked and helped us with all our requests, etc. Room is equipped in high standard, breakfast on summer terrace was like in 5 star hotels with amazing view. I have to recommend this accommodation TO ALL !

Everything was perfect with our stay. Lara the owner was a delight and the pinnacle of hospitality. She really takes care of the little touches. The location was amazing - we really felt we were in a local area with some lovely restaurants and bars packed with locals, and away from the tourist traps. The room had everything we needed, and a super comfy bed. The breakfast, set on the terrace was fresh and extensive. The b&b really made our stay.

The staff- Very polite and helpful. Especially Lara, she is at your disposal at all times. She gave helpful information on how to get to the B&B from the airport, the direction, the route etc. Lara also prepared a mini surprise for me and my husband as it was our anniversary, it was such a kind gesture! The B&B was spacious (compared to a lot of places in Venice I believe), Very clean, location was superb- you can get to all of the tourist attractions by foot, close to the boat station too! Environment- away from all the tourist attractions and crowds but still close enough to reach places by foot. It was my first time experiencing a jacuzzi in our hotel room. I had the most perfect evenings during my stay, relaxing in the jacuzzi after long walks in the city, with a hot tea and Netflix! It was the perfect combo! I highly recommend this B&B!

This B&B is truly exceptional. Lara has perfected the art of being attentive when needed but respectful of your privacy so you never feel overwhelmed. The rooms are stunning. There was an initial confusion over the room we had picked,but this was booking.coms error. Not Laras, yet despite this she upgraded us to the room I assumed I had booked. Can't wait to go back.
