    The appartments are located in the ancient Palazzo Niccola Grimaldi about which you can read on Wikipedia (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palazzo_Nicola_Grimaldi), which is amazing itself :) The place is in centro storico di Genova, which makes it a great base for sightseeing as all of the interesting paces in the city are nearby. Even though the building is dated at A.D. 1320, the owner made rooms comfortable and quite modern, but one can still feel a long history of these walls. Speaking about the owner, he was very nice and helpful and was patient enough to speak with us Italian, even though we had been learning the language for just one year. He was also capable to communicate in other languages using a vocal translator :)

    Great location. Gentleman checking me in waited for over an hour at 11pm while I was lost in Genoa with a dead phone and no clue where I was going!! Nice foccaccia breakfast and water provided every day. Very nice overall.

    The location is perfect - everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was very good: good coffee, fresh orange juice, focaccia, croissants, etc. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a few nights.

    Camera molto bella e luminosa, grande e comoda. Colazione fantastica, con brioches e focaccia locale davvero buona. La posizione è estremamente strategica, con solo pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la zona del porto o addentrarsi nel centro della città. Personale molto gentile e disponibile a dare ottimi consigli su come muoversi all'interno della città

    Lift naar boven, ruime kamer, nette en nieuwe badkamer en heeeerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met goede koffie! Ontbijt was uitstekend!
