    el lavabo, maravilloso lavabo con mucha luz y excelente decoración. Fuera de la habitación pero con acceso casi directo y discreto, es la puerta de al lado de la habitación pero queda compensado con lo bonito que es.

    Lovely experience. Excellent location for both ICC and city centre. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Great for the Ghent experience.

    The welcome was great, as well as the communication before we got there (arrival time, parking,...). The room itself is beautiful. You get plenty of towels, shampoo and even the candy on the coffee table was delicious. Be sure to take the breakfast as it is fresh, great variety and plentiful. In conclusion, it was what we expected: excellent.

    My hosts went out of their way to accomodate my diet wishes with a rich and varied breakfast. I even got gluten free home made crackers and luckily Ann was willing to share her recipe. At night it's remarkably silent for being in a city. All in all an excellent stay.

    We stayed at the B&B Engelen aan de Waterkant For 2 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. The location was walking distance from the main city centre and the walk along the river made it even more enjoyable. The bathroom and bedroom were both lovely and spacious. The bathroom in particular wouldn't look out of place in a lavish hotel with it's standing bath and large mural art. The decor was really nice and clean and had a lovely angel theme throughout, but the lady owner was the real angel on our visit with her excellent service, fantastic breakfasts, and her kindness and welcoming nature.
