We liked everything about this B&B including nice breakfast with music, comfortable beds, spacious rooms with authentic feel and a big garden for children to play in. Thanks to Luca's extraordinary hospitality and kidness, we had an amazing holiday. Luca did go above and beyond a good host and provided us with free pick-up/drop off service from/to train station , airport and around the city. We would 100 % recommend Il Parco.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at home. The property and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Big spacious rooms and areas for guests to relax. Close to the centre of Pisa and a huge Carrefour supermarket is just down the road.

We’ve been traveling for almost a week around Italy and We’ve been so lucky that we came across Luccas’s B&B when visiting Pisa. He only opened the place 5 days before of arrival so everything is new and spotless. About the services provided I have no words, Lucca and his family went beyond all the expectations that one customer can have!!! From dropping/picking us up from different locations to gifting us a painting and something for our baby that’s due only in November! The location is also amazing, not far from center, around 2 km, but in a green and quiet area. Breakfast was also very good, with big variety of servings. Thanks Lucca for the nice memories and good luck with your B&B. You are doing a great job!

We absolutel loved it! Arriving in Pisa close to midnight after an adventurous flight, due to thunderstorm Pisa airport was shut down and our flight was derouted to Rome first, then only late in the evening onwards to Pisa. The owner Luca was so nice to wait for us to arrive only at 1h in the night with a big smile. The house has a lot of flair and italian ambiance, beautiful original furniture, lots of orginal beautiful art by a local artist all over the house and super clean with air con in the rooms. We slept like babies, as it is super calm and beeing only 10 min away from the city center. Breakfast was a true feast and service could not have been better. It was like a home from home. And a pool will be build for the next season too in the middle of this big garden with BBQ area and nice spots to relax. Luca even gave us a drive to the train station as we had to quickly get there the next morning. We would always stay with him again.
