Todo!! Cuando llegué no me esperaba encontrar esa habitación. Todo está perfecto, incluso mejor que en las fotografías. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y esta todo muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones. En la habitación no faltaba nada, ¡no pude sentirme mejor! El trato del propietario fue exquisito, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

The rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable beds. The rooms were cleaned daily. It was perfect to relax there. Luciano was a very kind host. He took the time to chat with me in the mornings and went out of his way to take me to the bus station when I checked out. Buses to Piazza Bra are frequent and there is a mall 3 minutes away walking where you can buy some groceries or eat in a restaurant. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Breakfast was a mix of sweets/breads/coffee.

Located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. Very close to bus stops to city center. The room and the entire location was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed. The room is renovated and was big enough for a solo traveler. A totally value for money choice. Luciano, the boss, is a real Italian gentleman,even though he has to improve his English.

Very cozy and super clean room. Bathroom has a spacious shower. Breakfast is simple, but good. Owner Luciano is very helpfull and friendly. Grazie mille, Luciano!

The host L. is super nice and the BnB is equipped very beautifully. The room is nice and rather big and quiet, with a luxurious bathroom. For the breakfast there is bread&toast, cream cheese, packed cheese and ham, marmelade&nutella, joghurts and packed croissants and cake. The coffee is wonderful! If you speak italian, I am sure, the host will be very eager to give advice etc. (We couldn’t speak Italian but the other guests could). The BnB is located 5 car min away from Piazza Bra, 30min by bus. There are not too many bus connections, so check the times. Thanks to L. for the very nice trip!
