    Todo. La amabilidad, calidez y servicio de Camilla yFlavia y también de Stefania. Muy buen gusto en la decoración y ambientación del lugar. Buen desayuno y ubicación única. Extremadamente recomendable.

    El B&B esta muy bien situado, a dos pasos de plaza del campo, asique sueper centrico. Los propietarios estubieron siempre disponibles para qualquier necesidad que hubiesemos tenido, personas encantadoras. El desayuno muy abundante con seleccion de productos dulces y salados muy recomendable. Habitaciones muy bonitas con techos afrescados pero decoradas en clave moderna, mi bano tenia jacuzzi :)

    Wonderful staff, great communication. The valet service was also reasonably priced and functioned seamlessly. Easy to contact on whatsapp. Best pillows and mattress for our whole three week stay, even got a yummy breakfast in bed. Loved it all! Beautiful place!

    Very good location. Tea making facility. Sauna in the bathroom (in the panoramic room). Interior soundproofing is not relevant :), and no noises from inside the house. Satisfied with the garage they suggested (e. g. you can pay by card to them too).

    We stayed in the room with the 360 degree views of Siena and the sauna/Turkish bath. Wow what a view! The room was absolutely beautiful too. Location was the best. We even spent a day walking towards Rome on the Via Francienga (pilgrim walk) and the views looking back to Siena are awesome! (Buses are regular for the trip back!) Having the choice of breakfast in your room or in the dining room downstairs was great. We chose to eat in the dining room. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, great selection and the espresso was damn good! Hosts are very welcoming and take genuine pride in what they do. Flavia's recommendation for dinner was extremely helpful and we enjoyed one of the best dinners we had in the whole of Italy and it was only a 200 m walk away! Make sure you use the Turkish bath!! It's very easy to operate and doesn't take long to prepare. Instructions are very simple and it's great after a day hiking in beautiful Siena.

    ROOM was nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were great.

    WOW! This place is possibly one of the best properties i have stayed in while in Italy. The location is top! The staff are amazing! The rooms and the views are simply breathtaking. Very clean and all newly refurbished! I would recommend 100% . Definitely going back soon.

    A lovely little B & B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and delightful and the breakfast was wonderful every day. The staff was so friendly! This is on our "to return to" list - but next time we want the amazing top floor room with the view!
