    ¡Excepcionales anfitriones Alice y Marco! Y el lugar, un poquito apartado del "follón", para bien y para mal, pero en unos 10 minutos estás en la plaza San Marcos. Muy recomendable, repetiremos sin dudarlo.

    The location of hotel was 5 min walk to san Marco square and the room had a nice view on the canal the owners were really friendly and helped us feel like home. the room was beautifully decorated and nice

    I felt like I really stayed in a Venician home and it was a great location to walk anywhere from in Venice. Friendly owners who recommended places we should see that really made our trip. The room and bathroom where spotless and we had a lovely balcony to watch the canal traffic on.

    Such a perfect location. Quiet, but within easy walking distance of anywhere really. Our host, Marco, was great and gave us excellent tips (loved the bienale event he recommended). Really close by to a great supermarket too.

    The breakfast is great ! Alice was very kind and would sometimes prepare cappucino or cut some fruits for us :-) We met and discussed with other guests during breakfast and it was super nice. The location is perfect, the view is pretty, and the AC in the room is more than welcome. Thank you very much Alice.

    Location was great, lovely view of the canal. The owners were welcoming (especially since we arrived late after 2 delayed flights). Breakfast was nice and relaxed

    Super Nice cozy and authentic way to stay in Venice away from the tourisme. The family (Alicia , Marco and Nina) are very kind and helpful. When back in Venice we will for sure stay there again. Try this instead of a touristy hotel!
