    The owner was very friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation was excellent and well maintained to a very high standard. Location was perfect for getting around Ypres.

    Location is fantastic, rooms exceptionally clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good including freshly cooked eggs to order. Nice guest lounge with drinks available at the 'honesty' bar.

    Staff was extremely friendly! The lady of the house was easy to reach in case of emergency (which there weren't any besides a toilet paper emergency). The view from our room (Denim Thoughts) was the row of houses across the street, but that's to be expected with a B&B in the middle of town. There's an honesty bar downstairs. The first place ever that provided washing cloths :)

    Instructions on how to get in were clear once we had read correctly the confirmation email from Jo, the host. Room, breakfast room and everything was sparkling clean and welcoming and Jo the host was warm and friendly. We loved it all, parking in street easy and right there at Groht Markt. Would definitely stay again. Jo is delightful. Jane. April, 2019.

    Location excellent. Bedroom and bathroom very spacious Option to return to room during the day if needed lounge facility offered. Good continental breakfast Decor simple and tasteful , luxury of a massive bath and a separate shower much appreciated. Would recommend.

    The hospitality, location and rooms are great. This was our second visit, this year we bought our friends back to Ypres and they really enjoyed staying at B&B Sabbajon. Jo makes you feel so welcome.

    Great location close to the town centre. Room was nice though a slightly odd collection of tables and chairs. Good breakfast selection. Good restaurant recommendations.

    Loved the location and being able to come and go as we wished during the day. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Mrs Jo was flexible with our arrival and departure times.
