    The staff at the pool side were very helpful and some staff at the entrance or valet staff especially the tall guy were always welcome and helpful Loved their breakfast and swimming pool

    During our visit in Emirates palace we have noticed gold hotel. Wondering what is the price for the stay, we actually booked it standing in front of the hotel. 2 minutes later checked in and got to the room. We stayed in room on 22nd floor with view onto Emirates Palace and Presidential Palace. Room was very clean. Fast lifts, so did not have to wait for too long. Great pool and access to the beach. Highly recommended.

    Went for a friends 50th. Had a great time. Super spa and gym. Well located (opposite Emirates Palace). Nice reception staff - Anna, Pooja and Milky - very hospitable and polite. Great rooms, terrific view of the palaces and a great place to stay. Good rooms, clean, well maintained. Had a little issue with the spa treatment (noise outside spa) the duty manager was receptive and accommodating.

    The best place I stayed ever! I could be listing the many reasons for my outstanding experience but I will try to keep it short: 1. Privileged location: in front of Emirates Palace, beside Etihad towers and presidential palace. 2. Excellent facilities: private beach, great pool, great restaurants, family friendly ensuring you piece of mind and rest. 3. Great rooms: large, comfortable, super clean, great shower and bathtub, large closet, fantastic view. 4. Staff: friendly, helpful, going to the extra mile to make your staying the best as possible.
