    We have stayed in Hanoi many time and picked up the Babylon Grand Hotel & Spa which was excellent , the hotel was huge with lovely fancy facilities in room , nice and fresh air with balcony ,the buffet was great , the best part of the hotel was staff .We were totally highly recommended this hotel for anyone without any hesitate.

    Very nice place, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. Staff was so friendly and nice. We checked out to go to Halong Bay but had purchased round trip transfer to the hotel before heading for the airport. Hotel staff was gracious enough to offer us the spa showers to freshen up eventhough we had checked out 2 days before. Place is clean, nice restaurant for breakfast, overall very nice. Recommend!

    This hotel in the Town was well located and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. What really stood out was the service: everyone there was incredibly helpful and attentive. They helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. One morning they noticed that our travel companions had not come up to breakfast and they approached us to offer to make a take-away box of food for our friends in case they had to leave without breakfast. The rooms are compact but well appointed and the beds are comfortable

    All stuff are so kind, and they supported my safe staying. Their advises for my staying in Hanoi and even in the next visiting city were so helpful. I was so moved by their hearty hospitality, smiles, welcome drink & fruits, souvenirs and so on. I will stay at this hotel, if I have chance to Hanoi, again.

    We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Suite on the 9th floor. The apartment is very spacious. There's a living area with an open plan kitchen that's equipped with full kitchen appliances (even a brand new oven). The 2 bedrooms are large with one that's en-suite. Beds are comfortable. The suite is cleaned everyday. We also received daily bottled water. The best of this suite is that it has a washing machine and a tumble dryer so we managed to wash clothes daily after long trips (love it). The hotel is located within walking distance to old quarter and there are loads of street foods around too. The staff in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the whole time.

    The staff was the best I experienced on my travels in Vietnam. Extremely friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the breakfasts and the dining room experience.
