    All the staff were extremely friendly and they were there whenever you need help. The room was quite spacious and the beds were super comfy. The espresso machine in the room is a bonus and we loved it. The hotel location was good as well although it wasn’t at the center, I loved that it’s too close to the Hyde park.

    I love staying at this hotel when I travel to London! Everyone that works there are so helpful and friendly, the location across from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park is perfect and the rooms are a great size. I find it excellent for business travel.

    Lovely and varied made to order hot breakfast choice and delicious buffet selection The hotel location was perfect for the events and attractions we were visiting on this occasion. The personal and very helpful attention by staff before and during our stay was greatly appreciated.
