    The Villas is just walking distance in Burnham park. It accessible to ride taxi, convenient store is just nearby. Staff are all accommodating including the guard. The place is safe.

    1. The staff are very nice. 2. Breakfast was great! 3. Location was near Burnham. 4. Very near restaurants. 5. Staff were very helpful. 6. Guards always opened the door for us.

    Our request for our breakfast meals to be sent to our room at the instructed time. Also, for the prompt assistance/attention given by the staff and the guard on-duty because of my aunt's diabetic condition where she experienced nausea, low BP and irregular pulse rate due to the sudden drop of her blood sugar. Am grateful for the staff's initiative to check her BP and their concern for staying by our side (about 30 mns.) until her BP stabilized and increased to 80/50 and up until she was brought upstairs to our room. I also requested that she (BP) be checked again by 8:30pm and they also did dutifully. Two (2) hours before our checkout the following day, they again checked her BP and was found to be normal. One of the remarkable hotel experiences I had in a long time.

    Walking distance to burnham park. 7/11, banks and taxi are accessible. We enjoyed breakfast in the garden. Staff are nice and cheerful!

    Good location. The villa is great for group of friends or family with kids. The place has a garden where children can play safely. The place has a restaurant that offers a variety of menu where guests can conveniently take their meals.

    It'a villa and family of 9 enjoyed very well. The kitchen also added ti the very good feature. All in all it's a great stay.
