    Staff at counter are very nice and helpful, really appreciate the late check out given. However they are understaffed, not many guests but need to wait quite a while before being served.

    They had a travel guide smart phone that had cellular data and free local minutes which I found very handy when traveling around the city. Over all the hotel was great!

    Baiton provided a phone which had installed all required apps with free 4G and calls facilities. That was great

    Room not large but neat and clean. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Very helpful staff. Hotel location close to subway and airport bus The Handy phone is great, works like a mobile data device. So good particularly the one I rented for stopped working halfway.

    airport bus pickup point is just in front of the hotel. location near to Dongdaemun shopping area. The room is a good size for family of 4. Bathroom is spacious. Late check-out time at 2pm.
