    Balai princesa exceed all the aspect of top class hospitality service . They r so professional and went beyond extra mile to make my stay magical. I highly recommend the traditional hilot massage . Jacuzzi was amazing. What I liked most about the place is staff that works there . Very professional and well trained . I would say they r the biggest asset of this hotel . Highly recommend Balai princesa

    The staff are kind and courteous. It's very fast to check in and check out. The free SPA provided by the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is ordered and tastes good. We also had dinner in the hotel, which was also very delicious! Outdoor saunas and massage pools are available free of charge.the hotel is very quiet .The service is excellent!

    breakfast is very good and staffs are very warmhearted and ready to help. they even send us to foreign currency exchange shop to change money by their van. strongly recommend this hotel.

    The staff were always so willing to help. Every request we made was met with a smile and there was a very fast response. The staff made us feel like we were the most important people. The room was incredible and very comfortable to use. Our total experience from this hotel is better than we could ever imagine.

    My Family and I really enjoyed our stay at Balai Princesa. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay extra special when they found out that it was my birthday. We also found the outdoor tub after a long day being out and the spa facility very relaxing. We booked the family room that was huge with 4 queen size bed. Each of us ended up having 1 bed.
