    The location, hot tub and lodge itself was great The staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly We got upgraded which was a lovely treat Will definitely be back So handy for village shop, coffee shop and oak tree in with its great food and atmosphere Views from lodge spectacular over loch lomond

    Hot tub was great, facilities including kitchen and shower were fully equipped. Balcony view very nice.

    Arrived half an hour early and were able to check in no problem. Staff were welcoming. Lodge and hot tub were clean. Plenty space for 4 of us. Location is fantastic - there’s even a path through to the car park for the visitor centre and Conic Hill path; you’re right in Balmaha which is a buzzing wee place; walk across the road for milk in the wee shop or your dinner in the Oak Tree Inn; and obviously the view of the loch and the hills. Best thing for me was being able to book one night - lots of other places with lodges and hot tubs are tied into 3/4 night stays. We were just looking for a one off.

    The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The seating area was cosy and there was a good view of the loch from one of the corners of the sitting room. I’m struggling to think of anything else positive to say.

    Location is great, very peaceful and property is beautiful. Hot tub was brilliant and overall a lovely stay. Staff we're pleasant.

    The big American Fridge with filtred Water and crushed ice Microwawe Dischwascher We got to know each other again. The first Impression was wow Eyeblinding We got 4 Sleeping Rooms with 3 Bathes 5 Beds 1 King 2 Queen 2 Single The Hot Tub was really nice. Nice Balcony for good weather Door possibolity to open progressibly

    The lodge was fairly new. The hot tub was fabulous! The bathrooms were very modern and the showers where great.

    Staff was allways friendly and any queries we had they would answer. The lodge was amazing and perfect for what we wanted. Everything was clean and fresh. Never been somewhere with such comfy beds!! Hot tubs are just amazing and clean. Location is perfect me and my family. Have found a new favourite holiday destination! Breakfast was delicious and everything you would want Thank you all very much for making it so lovely.
