    Everything was amazing - the people were so polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Sid was helpful suggesting things to do and helping us arrange our plans. The room was very clean, good decor and the beds were like sleeping on clouds - so comfortable! Air con and internet worked well. Shower was very hot and strong and the bathroom was a great size. There was a comfortable sofa in the room and a large balcony with a clothes horse for wet items. The breakfast was varied and tasted good and overlooked the sea. It was about 7/8 minutes walk to d-mall so close enough to walk but far enough that you are away from the noise of the main streets. Food we ate was tasty. If you can afford it don’t book anywhere else, if you can’t afford it then push your budget - it’s well worth it! The pool is nice and they have enough sun loungers.

    I like the location it in the middle of D'mall Just walking for 5 minutes to reach the tours pick up point. The staff were very helpful and kind "Cid" and "Fred" they make our staying very comfortable For sure i will go back

    This was my second visit to Banana Bay. Last time I was in May 2019. I love this place so I couldn't wait long and I came again as soon as possible. A great place, very comfortable both in terms of furnishing rooms and public areas. However, what is most important in Banana Bay is a PHENOMENAL, GREAT TEAM. At any time during your stay you are surrounded by extremely professional employees and you are always received with a sincere smile. Waking up in the morning you are not sure if you are delighted that you will spend a beautiful day on the beach, or more expect meetings with people working in Banana Bay. I fully recommend Banana Bay. You certainly won't regret your decision to stay here.

    The service from the staff was amazing and the food the best I have had in the Philippines. Whilst the island itself it going through some major construction, the hospitality, wonderful food and spectacular views made us not want to leave the resort. Allowing us to simply relax and recharge.

    Staying at the Banana Bay resort far exceeded my expectations. It is located on the other side of the island in a quiet and peaceful area. The road to the entertainment part of the city takes no more than 10 minutes. So after enjoying Puka Beach, you can relax from the raging tourists. What made my stay especially pleasant was the phenomenal service. Very friendly and helpful staff, both reception, restaurant & bar as well as pool service. Such service staff is a treasure. Both rooms and public areas of the facility very clean. Cleaning the rooms at a very high level.

    this is an renewed hotel, the suit room is large, modern design and comes with gorgeous beach views. My little girl was dancing in the living room with such the beautiful background has becomes one of our best memories. Highly recommend for family A++

    Very clean and modern, rooms are small but have everything you need. Love the fact they refill shower gels and shampoo rather than replace with more plastic bottles!

    Everything.the staff are an absolute delight.so friendly,helpful,polite,well educated and always with a lovely smile.the rooms very big,clean and the most comfortable bed ever.location is perfect in a quite area but not far from all the bars restaurants and white beach the most beautiful beach.breakfast was good.and if you like kite surfing its perfect.you cant fault nothing in this hotel.

    Clean rooms, place has a nice feel. Good staff very helpful and friendly. As always with s new resort it will take some time for things to smooth out but overall a good experience.

    Lovely staff, even remembered my birthday. Amazing breakfast, clean, such comfy beds and the pool is lovely! Thank you for an amazing place to call home for a few days!
