    Resort espectacular a pie de playa, piscina infinita hacia el mar, la amabilidad del personal, limpieza impoluta, instalaciones, bar en la piscina, desayuno exquisito. Superó con creces todas nuestras expectativas

    The good restaurant on the beach, silence, it is on the quiet part of Chaweng, air conditioning, the staff is extremelly nice, the musician during dinner, the pool, in resume everything!

    Infraestructura increíble, paisajes y vista espléndida. Hotel cuenta con pequeñas cabañas frente a la playa y piscina. Tiene restaurante propio a orillas del mar, comida fantástica. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre con disponibilidad a resolver dudas o coordinar taxis y tour, sin dudas personal de excelencia. Desayunos Buffet muy variados. Internet velovidad aceptable. Recomendable 100%. Volvería con gusto.

    Outstanding customer service from each of the staff members, from day 1 to our departure they looked after us as a real resort should do. As an experienced foreign traveller, I highly recommend staying at Banana Fan Sea Resort if you come visit Koh Samui. No doubts whatsoever.

    - early check-in possible and nice welcome greeting with cooling towel and drink (we arrived about 11 AM and room was ready for us luckily) - our room was big enough and equipped with a bed and a couch - staff are very friendly and helpful - breakfast variety is good (bread and some sausages, cheese, waffles, cereals, some fruits are available, but also asian food (noodle soup, congee) and fresh made fried egg / omelet - coffee, tea and juices are just standard - Pool is not really big but still good enough to relax, just be careful of some steps when walking in/out - after asking at reception staff gave us a free short tour (about 1-1.5 hours) to the sights Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem - monday night is BBQ night which is served at beach side and there is a beach fire show included - after checkout we could leave our luggages there and even come back for a shower in a room before leaving off to airport

    Beautiful hotel, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds (rare in thailand). Great staff, really friendly and always very helpful. Great wifi (works well even on the beach in front of the hotel). Beautiful and clean beach (cleaner in front of the hotel than the rest of the beach). We stayed in the private pool room and the pool was cleaned every day. Calm and private but a short walk from night life and restaurants.

    Staff is amazing. Every single one is smiling all day and they all give excellent service. Location right at the beautiful white beach. Very nice swimming pool and also good for children. Delicious breakfast. Go have dinner at least one time, it’s on the beach! At BBQ night they’ve got a fireshow and live music too.
