    Staff were lovely and attentive, amenities are amazing and lush, location is spot on, can’t fault it! We even got in late from a show last night and they squeezed us in for dinner after last orders, super accommodating and lovely!

    The best hotel I have stayed at in London. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the door. Very nice rooms and facilities, everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. Perfect location a little bit off the most busy streets but still just a few minutes away from the bustling areas of South Bank and just a four minute walk from the Underground. Would definately recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!

    Beautiful and new hotel with a nice gym. Free coffee to go. Nice staff speaking as well French, Italian, Portuguese and other languages (European vibe). On the Southbank and just 30 min walk to the centre (Covent Garden). Hotel restaurant was very nice as well.

    I think that the entire experience from check in to check out and everything in between was exceptional. Every member of staff I met/spoke to where superb and my stay was excellent. I would say this hotel would be up there in my top 10 every stayed in.
