    Best buffet breakfast that I have ever had. Location was very quiet not anything around to walk to. Must take a cab to everything.

    The hotel was not only incredibly beautiful, but the staff and service were impeccable. The villas are private, spacious and modern, yet still traditional Balinese style. The breakfast every morning was incredible and we could lay by the pool all day looking at the wonderful infinity pool view. The best surprise was finding our villas pool being directly accessible from the bedroom doors. You can literally get out of bed and jump straight into your villa pool. Overall, the hotel is romantic and has everything you could imagine. For being such a large hotel, we felt like it was all our own which was so nice. Thank you to all the staff for making our honeymoon magical! We will definitely be returning for a longer stay and will most certainly stay at other Banyan properties in the future.

    Everything was absolutely outstanding! I've been to many luxurious hotels/villas and this one gets to the top ! The privacy, the view, the house, the comfy bed, the amazing bathroom, the pool, the temperature of the pool, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. You won't regret to pick Banyan Tree Ungasan. My advice is to get the cliff view villa !

    The stay at BT was amazing. The villas are perfect and the private pool is awesome! The staff are so attentive and seem to genuinely care about you and your stay. Room Service is very efficient and they will do their best to bring you anything you want (within reason), I think I reached for the phone most than most stockbrokers that week (sorry to the BT staff for that)
