    Has stairs so if lots of luggage organise one bag to go up if on second floor

    We had a wonderful stay! The owner is lovely, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place. The view is stunning.

    The room was warm the bed comfortable, nice little touches made it a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was sensational cooked by Phil. Fresh berries cereals, yoghurt, delicious coffee and a view to the bay. We sat out in the back garden and enjoyed the evening gazing over the water. We had a stout at the local pub too. Off street parking available. Thank you to our hosts, your kindness and care were very much appreciated.

    Great hosts made us feel at home. Told us about the walks from the hotel and where to eat . Location on harbours edge- perfect for uninterrupted views.

    Great location and amazing views. Lovely welcoming and helpful host, full of local knowledge. Super breakfast choices with selection of fresh fruit, yogurt's, homemade, brown bread, scones & a wonderful choice of freshly cooked Irish breakfast, smoked salmon, with fresh coffee and choice of teas. Bathrooms had an unexpectedly good selection of shower gel, shampoo, face wipes, tissues and cotton-buds. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean, tidy and fresh.

    Very friendly welcome from Phil & Joe. Superb breakfast of granola, loads of fresh fruit followed by freshly made Full Irish or Smoked Salmon & egg. Breakfast accompanied by a view to die for. Welcome “home” in the afternoons with cups of coffee. Extra toiletries in the bathroom if needed. Ideally situated with lovely pubs and excellent restaurant across the road. We spent six nights and it was wonderful.
