    Andrea and his wife are excellent hosts. Andrea helped us with transport from and to airport and also to and from train station during stay. House is 100m from the beach, what you appreciate after city trips. Room is air conditioned and comfy.

    The B&B was very close to the airport and right across the road from the beach. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. They had breakfast ready for us in the morning and the husband drove us to the airport which was VERY helpful!!

    My husband and I stayed at BB Fly and Beach for one night before heading home to NYC from Fiumicino airport. This B&B was the perfect location (only 15 minutes from the airport) and *surprise* just steps away from a beautiful beach where we watched the sun set on our last night in Rome! Andrea and his family were very welcoming and helped us bring all of our luggage upstairs to a perfectly clean room. I highly recommend this B&B if you have an early flight out of Fiumicino- because the trains do not run early enough to get you directly there from the center of Rome. Andrea even gave us a ride to the airport at 6AM, which was extremely helpful! Highly recommend! Thank you Andrea!

    Beautiful relaxed family atmosphere. The entire family was very friendly. It was easy to get to the fabulous beach.

    There were two beers in the fridge which we eventually drank at the beach although it was dark and cold outside. The people were extremely friendly. The coffe in the morning was really good, I did not have such a great coffee in a while. Transportation to the airport in the morning was also included.

    definitely the best thing about this place is the owners. The most friendly people I've met in a long time. So warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem. We arrived very tired, the airline lost our bags, and we were hungry. Andrea dropped us to a lovely little local restaurant for some late dinner, and also picked us up again, exactly what we needed after the stress of lost luggage. He also dropped us to airport in the morning. Such lovely people. We stayed for one night as we were travelling again the next day. Great place, lovely comfy beds and nice coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. A real home from home. Thank you!

    El check in fue una brisa y el dueño, Andrea fue muy amable y nos dio buenas sugerencias sobre las playas y sitios para comer. El dormitorio en el que nos alojamos tenía balcón y podíamos ver el océano. La cama era cómoda y estaba todo impecable. La playa está cruzando la calle, así que un paseo fácil para relajarse y disfrutar! Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
