Everything - It was amazing - I loved the pool and sunbathing area - I loved that there was 2 supermarkets almost on the door step - There is a mall adjoined to the property which also has a cinema. Theres 2 amazing gyms here - There's lots of fitness classes available too (though you do have to pay extra for them and they are quite expensive) - My apartment was beautiful, it wasn;t very well stocked in the kitchen , no grater, but it had the basics - There was a washer/dryer. The bed was so comfortable - If you stay here in an aprtment you will need - dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and washing stuff for the washing machine - They did 'upgrade' us and put us in the hotel when we checked in but we wanted and had paid for the Residences which are apartments - so they gave us the wrong room but it was quickly sorted without any problmes - Everything else was perfect

The upgrade from a two bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment was just awesome.

Appreciate to Mr. Abid he was corporate and professional in explaining the areas and he advised to have look at Suit and I sow the room thin I ask for upgrade the room.

- They knocked off some things from our bill (I am guessing the front office manager did this after my call with him (thank you for this) - The gym and locker rooms were quite good (in the residences, not in the main hotel) - The apartment was huge and very well designed - Housekeeping was awesome. Forgot the guy's name but he really did an awesome job every single day. He was fast, efficient, always smiling/friendly, and always left the apartment spotless.

The room was so lovely with a fantastic view very good stuff everything in perfect way the hotel is so luxurious! I really recommend this hotel! Even the beach area was awesome!
