Beacon Hotel is a 20 to 25-minute drive from Taichung Railway Station and Taiwan High Speed Rail - Taichung Station. It takes 8 to 10 minutes to drive to National Taichung Theatre, Top City Taichung and Park Lane Taichung from the property.

The breakfast was great! Really love it! Love the sofa and the small coffee table in our room. Because most of the hotel we visit, there would be no area for dinning. But the room we chose had it and its really convenient for us as we always packed we could pack supper back and eat in the hotel comfortably. Location wise was really good as the minute you leave the hotel, everywhere is shops and food. It is located beside Feng Jia Night Market. Money changer is also right opposite the hotel. Everywhere is convenient. But is just that is not near the HSR. Would be easier to reach using car. The best part of this Hotel is the Location. The staff are friendly too! Would highly recommend and would stay at Beacon again if I would be visit Taichung again. -

It was really close to the university that I needed to go to and the night market. The staff was very nice and helpful. This was my first time to visit Taiwan and because of them, I got a really good first impression of Taiwanese people. When I went to Hong Kong ages ago, I didn’t feel this way.
