    La habitacion , la ubica&cion , son muy atentos , te cumplen las espectativas o por lo menos a mi , me dieron la habitacion tal y como la solicite , es realmente un buen hotel

    The staff goes above and beyond by offering personal service. They don't just limit their duties to what is required. They're very helpful. I was not well and they ordered outside meals for me from reputable restaurants.

    Although there was a slight language barrier with some of the staff...their willingness to assist was most commendable. Assited with tours, getting taxis and timeously attending to our constant request for ice...thank you once again :)

    As everyone has been saying, Ali was amazing and was the most helpful of all the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a good location and has many local clothing shops near by and several public transportation options too.

    Helful and friendly staff . Good location - near metro station, tram stop, also few good restoraunts very close to hotel. The hotel has spa center , but I didn't used it. Delicious breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage and have a tranfer to the airport

    Everything was really excellent. The staff was wonderful and really helped incredibly. One person in particular working at the reception deserves a mention who is named Ali. He really made everything for us so much easier by arranging things. I would recommend him over all other staff members. Also the place is wonderfully located and is very clean. Highly recommended.
