    Simple spread of food and fruits at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Strategic location near eateries as well as walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. A short taxi ride for those who prefer not to walk.

    Great location in the heart of HCM. Staffs were incredibly kind and supportive with good command of English. Neighboring gourmet restaurants were a huge bonus, not to mention the famous and unique Cong Cafe right arouns the corner with its fantastic coffee with coconuts.

    Staff was very friendly and even remembered my request even though it was not met. My room was next to a busy road but the double glass window made the room quiet and pleasant to stay in. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning set at the right temperature. Breakfast was very good as compared with other hotels of the same style. Very central location and near lots of good food.

    The staff is stellar. Very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of vietnamese dishes and western food. They even gave us breakfast to go, despite we were leaving the hotel pretty early and before the service started. Location is simply top, close to many toursity spots, restaurants and bars and without all the noise of the backpackers' district.

    The location and price of Bel Ami was awesome, as where the front desk staff, doormen and breakfast crew. Upon checking in, the A/C had issues and we were immediately moved to another great room. The morning we were checking out, my wife inquired about purchasing a mother of pearl service tray that was in the room. They had a complete set of 3 delivered at an extremely reasonable cost within 30 minutes from their supplier. I'll stay there upon my next visit to Saigon!!!

    Very good location, there’s a Starbucks and a cong caphe somewhere downstairs. Staffs were very friendly.
