    Your hotel staff was very cordial.Pool sauna very nice. Breakfast was very satisfactory and good chose of food. Slovak restaurant staff was exceptional.

    We were really satisfied with the service offered by the hotel: our suite was modern and comfortable with a lovely view to the mountains. Our reservation included only breakfast, but we ordered dinner after our arrival - worth the money absolutely, wide variety and the staff was also really helpful.

    I got free upgrade for my room, as the booked one was not available. The room was big and well furnished. The staff was always willing to help, but most of them were grumpy all the time (as usual - this was my 2nd stay here). My room had also a nice terrace overlooking the direction to Poprad city. It was the best room in the hotel.

    Wery cool and large wellness. With a great view to the poprad cauldron. Good sauna about for 20 people and its hot as well.

    I can judge only new rooms in renovated section. It was very nice and completely new, great carpet inside of room. Hotel has great location is walking distance to all locations and on other side its quite location. Hotel also allowed us to keep car at location after we checked out. Nice wellness

    The breakfast was correct with sufficient choice. The facilities were very statisfying. The room was very spacious. The wifi connection in the room was also very good.
