    The staff were so helpful. On arrival we did not like the room we were given. They have changed our room next day and as a gesture of kindness they offered our family a free 4 course dinner at their a la carte restaurant. The hotel hat all you possibly need. The food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

    The facilities at Bellis Deluxe Hotel are excellent, clean and well maintained. We had an awesome time and would definitely recommend this resort to others, especially families with kids. We stayed at the Jasmine Lake House. It had its own pool and restaurant. The room and bathroom was spacious. There are lots of activities to keep you busy during the day and night. It even has a zoo and horse riding facilities. The food selection at meal times was huge and delicious. Everyone's taste is catered for. Baby food is also available. A special mention to Rustan from the entertainment team and the head waiter, Ilyas and Mehtap from the Begonvil restaurant.

    Perfect holiday, just what we wanted. Staff could not do enough for us, charming and attentive. Resort was spacious, clean, and wonderful setting. Only complaint was second child bed was a sofa bed and was not over comfortable but once we mentioned to staff apitbwas soon resolved.

    There is no need to leave the property, everything you need is there. At the main restaurant the food quality and various different choices of food exceeded my expectations. The upkeep of the gardens and pools are amazing, everything is clean and tidy in the public areas. The staff are attentive and willing. My kids didn't want to leave the ,heated kiddies pool, it was that amazing! The all inclusive concept was my first and was very well worth it.

    Thanks to Diana for her quick answer each time i asked question by email, the room maid and all the staff are perfect. We got all what we need and enjoy the stay in this beautiful place.

    Hotel territory was very, very big and beautiful. Biggest i have seen in Turkey. Good pools, good waterslides, big garden, nice beach. And zoo in hotel territory! Quality of food in restaurants was ok. Very, very good wifi on whole territory of the hotel. Everynight entertainment was ok. Certainly a good hotel for vacation with small children. In one small, hidden bar they offered different bottled European beers!
