    Ideal location in heart of Baguio City. Off street parking was included at no charge -- parking is a major issue here so that is an important perk. Hotel staff was attentive, helpful, and very pleasant! Breakfast was included and a positive experience during our 11 day stay.

    -best location at the center of the city & near Jollibee, 711, shops, etc, walking distance to Burnham park -free parking -good street view (corner Session road) from the balcony, -staff is accommodating when I requested to change our room to one with balcony instead of inner room. - room is big (for 3pax with 1double bed + 1 single bed) with balcony, tv, dining table, closet & dresser. - they provide toiletries & towels.

    The towels were old and dirty white. The rooms need rehabilitation. I booked for air conditioned room but they gave us rooms without aircon.

    Location is great at the heart of the city. Almost everything u need are just around the vicinity of the place. Hotel staff were helpful and approachable. Breakfast was just okay for me.
