    I paid insurance mr 400.00 thy deduct mr120.00fir breakfast tow days + taxes ... but when I cleared my account thy didn’t give me back the remaining MR 280.00 . I have no time to talk and take that remaining because urgent to KLIA ....

    Overall it was a good ecperience . Staffwas very kind and cooperative. Locarion was good . The club lounge was good too with complementry facilities.

    The location is Superb, a few minutes walk to the live part of town The rooms didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel room, yes they were spacious but they felt and looked quite old, the whole hotel looks and feels top notch up until you actually get into the room and then it feels like a big 3 or 4 star hotel room Great bang for you buck because of the location and quite spacious rooms

    The rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The direct access to the Mall was brilliant. The location is very good, and the pool is nice.
